BREAKING: Veteran Actor, Sadiq Daba, Dies
Ace Nigerian actor and former broadcaster, Sadiq Abubakar Daba, popularly known as Sadiq Daba, is dead.
The veteran actor was reported dead on Wednesday evening after a long battle with leukemia and prostrate cancer.
His acting career came to prominence in the late 1970s, starring in Cockcrow at Dawn.
In 2015, he won Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor for his role as “Inspector Waziri” in October 1.

The deceased had announced his diagnosis of leukemia and prostate cancer in 2017.
It would be recalled that the actor was flown out of Nigeria in 2017 for treatment of prostrate cancer and Leukemia at a UK hospital.
