EKO HOT BLOG reports tat a popular Nollywood actor, Sir David Osagie, who is known for playing the role of a king in movies has died just hours after he was on a movie set.

According to Actress, Ibiwari Etuk, Osagie finished on a movie set and retired to his room to sleep but never woke up.

The death has come as a shock to many. Osagie Ogbeosamudia David is also a Scriptwriter, Producer and Professional Talent developer.

Colleagues of the veteran Nollywood actor, who took Instagram handle to share the sad news of his demise, said he was on set yesterday, May 3, only for them to hear of his death this morning.

Breaking the news on Instagram, Ngozi Eze, a Nollywood actress wrote: “Good morning fam 💔💔💔💔, I hate to say this but we have lost another Nollywood king, Sir David. He wasn’t sick, it just happened. How do we explain this, another loss in Nollywood. Oh Lord have mercy. Rest in peace Sir Dave 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
