• There was chaos on Monday morning as the People of Kano took to the streets protesting violently against the alleged killing of a 17-year-old boy Saifullahi.

People of Kano took to the streets protesting violently against the alleged killing of a 17-year-old boy Saifullahi, on Monday morning, which led to the chaos in the community.

According to reports, The police arrested Saifullahi of Kofar Mata quarters in Kano State, 2 days ago while he was sleeping at his family house.

The people of the community were of the opinion that he was never known for any criminal tendencies, he remained in police custody where he allegedly gave up the ghost.

According to reliable source, Saifullahi had been released on bail only for the police to re-arrest and lock him up again, where he was allegedly beaten to death.

His corpse was brought by the police to the family house this Monday morning, a development which provoked the people to take to the streets and they started making bonfires in protests.
