BREAKING: VP Shettima Arrives Ibadan For 2023 Nigeria Army Day Celebration

Eko Hot Blog reports that Nigeria’s Vice President, Kashim Shettima Has arrived in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State to participate in the ongoing 2023 Army Day Celebration.

The Vice President arrived at Alakia Airport at about 10:30 am and was warmly received by top police and army officials.

The Nigerian Army Day is an annual event held on 6 July to honor the members of the Nigerian Army, particularly those who served in World War I and World War II, as well as those who sacrificed their lives during the Nigerian Civil War.

It is also a day to recognize the current serving members of the Nigerian Army.
