The prosecutor alleged that the duo tore Disu’s uniform and beret as well as stirred up an uproar that caused a breach of public peace.

Okoliko said the offences contravened sections 168, 172, 350 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

The brothers pleaded not guilty.

Magistrate Mrs. Bola Folarin-Williams granted the brothers N100, 000 bail each with two sureties each in the like sum.

She said the sureties should be employed and show evidence of their tax payment to the Lagos State Government.

The case was adjourned till February 25.
