President Muhammadu Buhari says the nation’s land borders will be reopened soon.
Ekohotblog reports that Buhari made this know at a meeting with governors of the 36 states on Tuesday.
The president said the borders were closed in the interest of the country, adding that the measure had produced the desired outcome.
He said smuggling was the major reason for taking such measure, noting that neighbouring countries have learnt a huge lesson from the move.
