Buhari Approves Posting Of 95 Ambassadors-Designate To Missions Abroad
The Federal Government has said it is ready to post ninety-five career ambassadors and non-career ambassadors-designate to various Nigerian missions abroad.
This, according to a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Gabriel Aduda, follows an approval of the posting of the envoys by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Aduda, however, did not state when the President gave the approval but noted that those scheduled for posting include 43 career ambassadors and 52 non-career ambassadors.
He added that the federal government has already commenced the process of requesting Agrément from the prospective host countries.
The permanent secretary disclosed that the ministry would organise an induction course for the ambassadors-designate and their spouses at a later date.
