Buhari Felicitates With Obaseki
President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated former Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Jackson Gaius-Obaseki, on his 74th birthday anniversary.
Buhari in a statement by his Special Adviser (Media & Publicity) Femi Adesina wished Obaseki longer life, and good health.
The statement reads, ”Buhari joins family members, friends and professional colleagues in celebrating the milestone with the former Group Managing Director, whose reforms in the oil and gas sector continue to resonate, like courageous step of streamlining NNPC operations and overhaul of the external oil marketing strategy.
”He felicitates with Gaius-Obaseki for providing strong leadership in the oil and gas sector for many years and retiring gracefully.
”Buhari prays that the almighty God will continue to strengthen the former Managing Director as he continues to serve humanity.”
