Buhari Meets With Released Katsina Students [PHOTOS]
President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, met with the students of Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, in Katsina State, who were released by their abductors on Thursday.
Prior to the meeting, Personal Assistant on Social Media to the President, Bashir Ahmad, had announced that the President will be meeting with the schoolboys.
President @MBuhari will receive the rescued students of the Government Science Secondary School (GSSS), Kankara later this afternoon in Katsina.

Buhari, while addressing the boys in Hausa language and accompanied by the State Governor, Aminu Masari, thanks all those involved in securing their release, especially the federal and state governments as well as the military.
“My dear children, don’t be discouraged with what has happened, give your attention to acquiring knowledge and developing good character, and you will be distinguished in life,” Ahmad quoted the president as saying to the rescued students.
In his remarks, Governor Masari highlighted the efforts made which led to the release of the schoolboys, saying security should be the responsibility of all and not just of the government.
Eko Hot Blog had reported that Masari confirmed 344 boys were released and returned to Katsina on Friday.
