Buhari Reacts To News Of Trump, Wife Testing Positive For Coronavirus

President Muhammadu Buhari has conveyed a compassionate message to President of the United States of America (USA) Donald Trump, and his wife, Melania, who tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday.

Buhari conveyed his get-well-soon to Trump and his wife via a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mallam Garba Shehu,

The President also enjoined Nigerians to comply more with the safety measures and health protocols issued against spread of COVID-19.

“The President notes, with sympathy, that the incident of COVID-19 in the White House manifests the challenge posed by the pandemic across the world, and difficulty in containing the spread.
