President Muhammadu Buhari has received his national e-ID card (NIN ID Card) on Thursday.
Buhari received this from the Minister of Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami at the State House in Abuja.

The president also launched the National Policy for the Promotion of indigenous content in the Nigerian Telecommunications sector and revised National Digital Policy for Sim Card Registration.
The occasion was graced by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and the Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari.
Others present include, Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) Prof. Adeolu Akande; NCC’s Executive Vice Chairman, Prof. Umar Danbatta; Director General National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), Engr Abdulaziz Aliyu, among others.
