Family Announces Burial Plans For Late Akwa Ibom First Lady Patience Eno
The family of the late First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor (Mrs) Patience Umo Eno, has officially announced her burial arrangements. Her funeral service will take place on November 29, 2024, at her family’s country home in Ikot Ekpene Udo, located in Nsit Ubium Local Government Area.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that each Governor Umo Eno, her grieving husband, alongside the bereaved family and the Akwa Ibom State Government, have finalized preparations to honor her impactful life and lasting legacy.
The formal announcement was made on Friday by the Secretary to the State Government and Chairman of the Central Planning Committee, Enobong Uwah. He conveyed the family’s deep gratitude for the overwhelming love and support they have received from across the nation.
“We are deeply thankful for the overwhelming prayers, tributes, and comforting words during this profoundly difficult period,” Uwah expressed, encouraging friends and well-wishers to join in the upcoming events honoring Pastor Patience Eno’s life.

Pastor Patience Eno was widely respected for her strong faith and dedication to community service, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to inspire many within Akwa Ibom State and beyond.
