The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has reacted to the comment by the popular Yoruba rights activist, Sunday Adeyemo well known as Sunday Igboho, on the death of the son of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
Igboho had in a viral video rained curses on some leaders in Yoruba land who failed to support the agitations for secession and establishment of the Yoruba nation.
The right activist had mocked Pastor Adeboye over the death of his son, Dare Adeboye because the cleric refused to support agitations for the Yoruba nation.
He had stated that he would not sympathise with Adeboye or anyone who refused to champion the course of the Yoruba nation.

Reacting to the video clip on Sunday, Pastor Bayo Oladeji, the Special Adviser to the CAN President, Rev Supo Ayokunle, noted that the association had no comment for the popular Yoruba rights activist.
“I am sorry. No comment. If that is how you all see it, let it be. If CAN has been keeping quiet over the happenings in the country if that is how you see it, too bad. We are not ready to reply Sunday Igboho,” Pastor Oladeji said.
