Capitol Riot: Angry American Celebrities Call For Trump’s Impeachment
Some angry American celebrities requested for the impeachment of their president, Donald Trump.
They went on their social media platform and called for Donald Trump’s removal on the brutal siege of the Capitol by the people who support the president, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
The riot was caused by Trump’s comments during a gathering earlier that day. The attack interfered a common session of Congress who were counting the ballots of the Electoral College to certify the success of Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.
On her Twitter account, the well-known American singer, Lady Gaga, called for removal from office of Trump.

She tweeted “I hope we focus on the impeachment of Trump so that Congress can have constitutional power to dismiss him from the next election…he is not disqualified under the 25th Amendment. He instigated domestic terror. How many more acts of violence does he have to commit? This is terrorism.”
According to Stevie Wonder “The time has come for the leaders of this country to invoke the 25th Amendment.. Isn’t that a no-brainer? Today made me sad and disbelieving of what is going on in my country., a land that inspired me to sing songs of hope and love.”
Actor Jon Cryer simply tweeted, “Impeach him. Remove him. Arrest him. Try him.”
John Legend, an award-winning vocalist, said: “I would like to thank the House for carrying out their constitutional duty. Get all your senators on the phone and tell them to get rid of that evil man off his post”
In addition, American filmmaker Ava DuVernay tweeted: “We’re ready to for the #ImpeachmentParty. What are you wearing?”
