Carrots are an excellent source of beta carotene, fibre, vitamin K, potassium, and antioxidants, among other nutrients. Carrot is a root vegetable that is frequently referred to as “the perfect health food.”
It has a crisp texture, is pleasant, and is quite nutritious. They also provide a variety of health advantages. Their consumption has been related to decrease cholesterol levels as well as enhanced eye health, making them a good choice for weight loss.
