Headaches generally are pains in any region of the head. It can occur on one or both sides, be isolated in a certain location, or even radiate through the head from one point or another.
1. Bad posture
Posture headaches are caused by your general body posture; the way you walk, sit and even sleep. Incorrect posture causes muscle stress, particularly in the neck and back, and can lead to severe headaches.
2. Lack of fluids
The body needs liquid all the time to function properly. As we all know, the brain is about 60% liquid. When fluids are lacking, the body will generally show some signs, headaches are one of them.
3. Sleep deprivation
Sleep deprivation leads to hormonal changes and causes daytime sleepiness, which so often triggers headaches. Make it a point to get six to eight hours of sleep and maintain a regular sleep schedule.
4. Stress
Stressing, and running around every day is also one of the causes of headaches. To improve physical endurance, take breaks during the working day and do some physical activity

Headaches are common with several pathologies, some of them very serious, such as brain tumours or strokes. If the pain lasts more than two or three days, is more intense or in a different place than usual, consult your doctor without delay.
