Eko Hot Blog reports that today, Mr. Liu Weimin, the Chairman of the China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), visited Lagos House, Marina, and met with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
During the meeting, they discussed various matters pertaining to mutual interests and collaborations between Lagos State and CCECC.
The construction company has undertaken major Lagos projects like the LMRT Blue and Red rail lines.
Talks are also at an advanced stage regarding CCECC building the 4th Mainland Bridge.
Mr. Liu shared insights into CCECC’s vision for future endeavors in Lagos, highlighting the importance of strong partnerships in achieving shared development goals.
As posted on his official Facebook page, Governor Sanwo-Olu and the CCECC Chairman explored ways to continue collaborating on critical infrastructure projects to boost connectivity and transportation in Lagos.
Their meeting underscores the strategic relationship between the state government and the Chinese engineering firm.
