Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovic visits the United Kingdom for the first time in three years to see his family

The business man hasn’t been seen in United Kingdom since 2018 when he had issues with his entrepreneurial visa.

This is a noteworthy development for the London club because Abramovich did attend the Blues’ Europa League final victory in Baku in 2019, and the Champions League final win over Manchester City in Porto in May.

Abramovich’s spokesperson confirmed the Stamford Bridge club chief has travelled to the United Kingdom to see relatives and it is speculated that he could make a visit to his football club.

This visitation is considered as another show of commitment by the 54-year-old towards Chelsea football club having back the manager Thomas Tuchel with necessary financial resources that saw him bring back Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan during the summer transfer window.
