Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaha Bello has called on Nigerians to shun politics of bitterness irrespective of religious, ethnic or political affiliation to enhance good governance in the country.
Governor Bello made this assertion when he received the Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani Kayode (FFK) at the kogi state government lodge in Abuja.
Governor Bello who commended Chief Fani Kayode for the visit, described him as one of the political gladiator in the country.
The governor further said the task of nation-building was a collective responsibility of every citizens hence the need for all hands on deck to address the challenges bedevilling the nation.
According to him, all stakeholders must join hand with the present administration under President Muhammadu Buhari in the fight against insecurity that is ravaging the country without ethnic and regional differences, noting that the All Progressives Congress remains the hope of Nigeria.
Chief Press Secretary to the Kogi State Governor, Onogwu Muhammed, who confirmed the visit said Chief Fani kayode described Governor Yahaha Bello as a phenomenal leader and a bridge-builder, saying it was an honor to have spent quality time with him, pointing out that his visit was to chat a way forward for the country.
