About the Role

Hilton is seeking a dedicated Chief Steward to lead and motivate the Back of House Team in delivering exceptional service. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, overseeing equipment storage, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Back of House team to maintain high operational and cleanliness standards.
• Train and develop team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Oversee the availability and movement of operational equipment for bars, banquets, and restaurants.
• Maintain cleanliness in all food and beverage outlets and staff areas.
• Ensure team members understand and comply with hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance efficiency and revenue.
• Work closely with the banquet team to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation.
• Report any equipment faults or damages to the appropriate departments.
• Enforce Hilton’s Health and Safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.
