Child Serial Killer Who Murdered 13 Minors Escapes From Custody

  • A serial killer who specialises in murdering minors escapes from police custody.
  • The suspect was being detained at the Jogoo Road Police Station in Nairobi.

Ekohotlog reports that a self-confessed child serial murderer identified as Masten Milimo Wanjala, who was responsible for the deaths of 13 kids in Kenya has fled police custody.

The suspect was being detained at the Jogoo Road Police Station in Nairobi when he fled on Tuesday, October 12.

Suspected Serial Killer

On Wednesday, October 13, the suspect was scheduled to appear in the Makadara Law Courts to face 13 charges of murder.

It is unknown how the person escaped from detention; nevertheless, a police signal has been sent requesting officers in the capital city and its surrounding counties to be on high alert.

Wanjala was apprehended on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, following the discovery of two bodies dumped near Nairobi, Kenya’s capital.

In a five-year killing spree, he admitted to murdering ten children and drinking their blood.

Detectives revealed last month that the serial killer had slain four kids in Bungoma, increasing his total number of victims to 13.

Detectives were led to two murder locations in Machakos county, five in Nairobi, and two in Kajiado by the suspect.
