Chima Crowned Champion Of Nigerian Idol Season 9
Chima won the ninth season of Nigerian Idol, impressing judges and audiences alongside finalists Lammy and Chioma.

The announcement of his victory took place during the finale of the show on Sunday.

This online media platform understands that three participants, Chima, Lammy, and Chioma, advanced to the final round of Nigerian Idol season 9 and performed their songs to demonstrate their eligibility for the prestigious award.
Nigerian Idol, the local rendition of the globally renowned Idol series, concluded its latest season with Chima taking home the grand prize.
In their previous performances, every participant gave their best, aiming to persuade both the panel of judges and the audience that they were the rightful winners of the highly sought-after award.
During the event, Chioma captivated the audience with her performance of Jodie’s “Kuchi Kuchi” and Jennifer Hudson’s “One Night Only,” while Chima’s emotional renditions of Dare Art Alade’s “Not the Girl” and Stevie Wonder’s “As” impressed the judges. Lammy’s moving performance of “African Queen” by 2Baba and Alexandra Burke’s “Hallelujah” also received praise from the attendees.
