The heavy traffic is reportedly caused by a combination of an accident, multiple vehicle breakdowns, and ongoing road maintenance. The Long Bridge section is particularly affected by a diversion due to the maintenance work.
Traffic is severely delayed from Berger to Kara and down to Long Bridge, leading to many commuters arriving late to work on Thursday.
