Coronavirus: Gov Makinde Announces New Date For Workers Resumption

Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde, has postponed workers resumption date initially slated for the 20th April,2020 to the 27th April, 2020.

The governor made the disclosure at a press briefing held at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan.

Our reporter also confirmed that the Governor has promised to provide one million face mask for residents of the state for a start.

He said “it is mandatory for the use of face mask in any public gathering.”

It was gathered that another coronavirus patient has been discharged today after testing negative twice.

Presently, Oyo state is only having three or four active cases.
