  • A case by the All Progressive Congress (APC) trying to remove Governor Godwin Obaseki for allegedly falsifying Unversity’s certificate..

EKO HOT BLOG had earlier reported hat APC had previously lodged a complaint for the dismissal of Governor Obaseki for allegedly falsifying his university certificate.

Based on the lawsuit filed by the party in federal power, Obaseki was not qualified to participate in the September 19 election where he emerged the winner.

During the resumption of the hearing on Tuesday, the board of APC,  Akin Olujimi (SAN) tendered some evidence through a subpoenaed witness.

Objecting to the tendered evidence, Obaseki’s counsel pointed out that process did not conform with the laws guiding admissibility of documents.
