COVID-19: 170 Persons Discharged As NCDC Announces 44 New Cases, One Fatality

  • Total cases confirmed – 163,837
  • Total cases discharged – 154,177
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,061

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 163,837 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated April 12, the NCDC reports 44 new cases and one COVID-related fatality.

The new infections were recorded in 5 states — Enugu-22, Lagos-15, FCT-4, Osun-2 and Kaduna-1.

Eko Hot Blog gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 154,177 cases have been discharged while the death toll now stands at 2,061.
