Kwara State government has announced Forty-nine new cases of COVID-19 infection in the state.
An update in Ilorin, Kwara State on Saturday, indicated that 59 deaths have so far been recorded.
Total number of confirmed cases is now 3,611.

The update further disclosed that 3,207 patients have so far been discharged as at September 3, 2021.
Total samples sent for test stands at 30,102, the update added.
As of Friday, the NCDC had recorded a total of 194,088 cases of COVID-19. While 179,679 cases have been discharged, a total of 2,495 deaths have been recorded.
