[COVID-19] Again No Fatality As NCDC Announces 107 New Cases

  • Total cases confirmed – 214,896
  • Total cases discharged – 207,495
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,980

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 214,896 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated December 7, the NCDC reports 107 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 9 States – FCT-38, Oyo-21, Rivers-17, Edo-13, Delta-7, Enugu-4, Zamfara-4 and Plateau-3.

According to the NCDC, no case was recorded in Kano, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Sokoto States.

It was gathered that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 207,495 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,980.
