COVID-19 Death Toll Exceeds 700 As NCDC Confirms 575 New cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday disclosed that the country has recorded five hundred and seventy five fresh cases of the novel coronavirus infection.
The agency made the disclosure in its daily situation report of COVID-19 on its official twitter page.
According to the agency, of the 575 cases, 224 are confirmed in Lagos, the epicenter of the pandemic in Nigeria, Oyo-85, FCT-68, Rivers-49, Kaduna-39, Edo-31, Enugu-30, Delta-11, Niger-10, Katsina-9, Ebonyi-5, Gombe-3, Jigawa-3, Plateau-2, Nassarawa-2, Borno-2, Kano-1, Abia-1,
The new development brings the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria to 31,323, with 12,795 discharged and 709 deaths recorded.
