Hoodlums took the advantage of the information about the one million boys that have been terrorizing some part of Lagos Mainland to rob Motorists, Commuters, and villagers of their money and other belongings, especially people living along Ajah-Epe Express Way.

The Hoodlums who had been known around the VGC, Ajah Ilaje area before the advent of COVID-19 have now started smashing vehicles’ windscreens around 8 pm and forcefully taken always people’s money and other valuables, like phones, wristwatches, and laptops. Commuters and motorists always experience this whenever vehicles stopped for someone to alight or trying to buy something. This was what had been happening before the pandemic came.
Additionally, This nefarious and ungodly act has now been experienced by people of Lakuwe, Adeba, and other towns in Ibeju-Lekki where everyone has become a security guard as a result of sudden robbery actions.
A resident of Lake-town, Mr. Kehinde Ogunboyejo, narrated his experience ever since the ranging of one million boys took place in every nook and cranny Ibeju-Lekki area, he said he had been partaking in watch guarding his community with other residents.
“We sleep in the morning and become a security guard at night,” he said.
