Operatives of the office of Special Adviser on Central Business Districts(CBD) have clamped down some shops on Lagos island business district of violating rules of COVID-19 trading hours issued by the states government as parts of effort made to curtain the spread of coronavirus.

While highlighting the unruly act of shop owners and some traders who seldom decline rules and did as they pleased, the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on central business districts, Mr. Olugbenga Oyerinde revealed on Friday that traders who always trade beyond the time of 3:00pm which is the time issued by government for them to end all forms of trade, would be dealt with without pity if they don’t detest from the nonchalant act.
He added that shops that doesn’t close within the government stipulated time will be closed till further notice or might even be closed forever if they do not adhere strictly to the COVID-19 rules by the Lagos State Government.
