COVID-19 Lockdown: Niger State Softens Restriction Order, See Why

As a result of the effects of the covid-19 outbreak on the activities of the state,
The government of Niger has relaxed its restriction order, the new restriction would now begin from 2pm to 10pm daily.

The Secretary to the Niger state Government, Ahmed Matane, made this known while briefing newsmen in Minna on Sunday.

He said that civil servants would resume on Monday, 6th April 2020 from 8am to 2pm adding that markets woukd also be opened during this window of movement.

The SSG further said that by Friday and Next Week Sunday, the ban on congregational meetings in mosques and churches might be lifted.
