[COVID-19] NCDC Confirms 533 Fresh Infections
- Total cases confirmed – 216,451
- Total cases discharged – 207,661
- Total deaths recorded – 2,981
EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 216,451 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated December 10, the NCDC reports 533 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 11 states – Lagos-428, FCT-45, Rivers-33, Edo-9, Ogun-8, Oyo-3, Delta-2, Kaduna-2, Gombe-1, Jigawa-1 and Kano-1.
According to the NCDC, no case was recorded in Ekiti, Imo, Ondo, Osun and Sokoto States.
It was gathered that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 207,661 cases have been discharged while the death has risen to 2,981.
