COVID-19: NCDC Announces 110 Fresh Infections

  • Total cases confirmed – 168,110
  • Total cases discharged – 164,408
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,122

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 168,110 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated July 7, the NCDC reports 110 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 8 states – Lagos-88, Rivers-12, Akwa Ibom-4, Jigawa-2, Ogun-2, FCT-1 and Kano-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported from Ekiti, Imo, Kaduna and Sokoto states.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 164,408 cases have been discharged while the death toll stands at 2,122.
