[COVID-19] NCDC Announces 165 New Cases, 26 Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 210,460
  • Total cases discharged – 202,379
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,882

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 210,460 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated October 24, the NCDC reports 165 new cases with 26 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in 10 states – Lagos-77, FCT-43, Rivers-22, Oyo-10, Osun-6, Bayelsa-2, Edo-2, Kaduna-1, Kano-1 and Ogun-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 case was recorded in Taraba and Sokoto States.

It was gathered that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 202,379 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,882.
