COVID-19: NCDC Announces 214 New Infections, One Fatality

  • Total cases confirmed – 162,076
  • Total cases discharged – 148,530
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,031

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 162,076 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated March 23, the NCDC reports 214 fresh cases with 1 COVID-related death.

The new infections were recorded in 12 states — Adamawa-109, Lagos-33, Bauchi-26, Kaduna-9, Rivers-9, FCT-7, Oyo-7, Gombe-5, Ebonyi-4, Osun-3, Ekiti-1 and Ogun-1.
