The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 205,765 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated September 30, the NCDC reports 281 new cases with 19 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 12 states – FCT-111, Lagos-34, Edo-33, Kwara-20, Plateau-20, Rivers-17, Abia-10, Imo-8, Delta-7, Nasarawa-7, Ekiti-6, Akwa Ibom-3 and Oyo-2.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Kano and Sokoto States.
