The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 205,765 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated September 30, the NCDC reports 281 new cases with 19 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 12 states – FCT-111, Lagos-34, Edo-33, Kwara-20, Plateau-20, Rivers-17, Abia-10, Imo-8, Delta-7, Nasarawa-7, Ekiti-6, Akwa Ibom-3 and Oyo-2.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Kano and Sokoto States.
EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 193,617 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,720.
