The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 205,047 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated September 28, the NCDC reports 295 new cases with 6 COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 14 states – FCT-81, Gombe-3, Osun-32, Kaduna-25, Rivers-20, Delta-17, Edo-14, Ogun-11, Oyo-9, Plateau-9, Akwa Ibom-7, Bayelsa-7, Zamfara-6, Kano-4, Ondo-3, Abia-2, Benue-1, Ekiti-1 and Niger
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Bauchi and Sokoto States.
