[COVID-19] NCDC Announces 295 New Cases, 6 Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 205,047
  • Total cases discharged – 193,260
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,695

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 205,047 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated September 28, the NCDC reports 295 new cases with 6 COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 14 states – FCT-81, Gombe-3, Osun-32, Kaduna-25, Rivers-20, Delta-17, Edo-14, Ogun-11, Oyo-9, Plateau-9, Akwa Ibom-7, Bayelsa-7, Zamfara-6, Kano-4, Ondo-3, Abia-2, Benue-1, Ekiti-1 and Niger

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Bauchi and Sokoto States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 193,260 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,695.
