COVID-19: NCDC Announces 47 New Cases, Zero Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 165,515
  • Total cases discharged – 156,358
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,065

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 165,515 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated May 11, the NCDC reports 47 new cases with no COVID-related fatality.

The new infections were recorded in 4 states — Adamawa-19, Lagos-16, Enugu-3, Kaduna-3, Akwa Ibom-2, Delta-2 and FCT-2.

Eko Hot Blog gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 156,358 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,065.
