EKO HOT BLOG reports that the latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 214,270 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated December 1, the NCDC reports 52 new cases with one COVID-related death.

According to the NCDC, zero cases were reported from Delta, Ekiti, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, and Sokoto States.
The new cases were reported in 7 states – Lagos (29), FCT (12), Kaduna (4), Bauchi (3), Kano (2), Ogun (1), and Oyo (1).
It was gathered that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 207,312 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,978.
