The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 207,694 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated October 10, the NCDC reports 78 new cases with 2 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 8 states – Lagos-22, Kaduna-12, FCT-10, Benue-9, Imo-8, Akwa Ibom-4, Delta-4, Kano-4, Jigawa-3, Plateau-1 and Rivers -1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Bauchi, Nasarawa and Sokoto States.
