COVID-19: NCDC Announces 96 Fresh Cases

  • Total cases confirmed – 162,178
  • Total cases discharged – 148,726
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,031

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 162,178 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated March 24, the NCDC reports 96 fresh cases with no COVID-related death.

The new infections were recorded in 15 states — Lagos-28, Yobe-20, Akwa Ibom-10, Cross River-9, Kaduna-6, Kano-5, Edo-4, Oyo-3, Plateau-3, Jigawa-2, Osun-2, Borno-1, Nasarawa-1, Rivers-1 and Sokoto-1.
