COVID-19: NCDC Confirms 122 New Infections, 18 Fatalities

• Total cases confirmed – 166,682
• Total cases discharged – 162,521
• Total deaths recorded – 2,117

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 166,682 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated June 3, the NCDC reports 122 new cases and 18 COVID-related fatalities.

The new infections were recorded in 9 states – Lagos-105, Imo-4, Kaduna-4, Akwa Ibom-3, FCT-2, Delta-1, Rivers-1, Oyo-1 and Ekiti-1.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 162,521 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,117.
