The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 169,329 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated July 16, the NCDC reports 123 new cases with no COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 8 states – Lagos-70, Akwa Ibom-18, Ogun-10, Oyo-8, Rivers-8, Ekiti-4, FCT-4 and Bayelsa-1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported from Ekiti, Kano, Ondo and Sokoto.
