COVID-19: NCDC Confirms 161 New Infections, No Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 168,713
  • Total cases discharged – 164,476
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,124

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 168,713 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated July 12, the NCDC reports 161 new cases with no COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in 5 states – Lagos-153, FCT-4, Gombe-2, Oyo-1 and Rivers-1.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported from Ekiti, Kaduna, Nasarawan and Ogun.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 164,476 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,124.
