The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 170,895 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated July 24, the NCDC reports 272 new cases with one COVID-related death.

The new cases were reported in 9 states – Lagos-182, Rivers-34, Ondo-24, Oyo-10, Abia-7, Ogun-7, Ekiti-5, Delta-2 and Plateau-1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Kaduna, Kano and Sokoto States.
