COVID-19: NCDC Confirms 29 New Cases, Zero Deaths

  • Total cases confirmed – 165,807
  • Total cases discharged – 156,420
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,067

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 165,807 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated May 18, the NCDC reports 69 new infected persons with no COVID-related death.

The new infections were recorded in 2 states – Lagos-18 and Rivers-11.

Eko Hot Blog gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 156,420 cases have been discharged while the death toll still stands at 2,067.
