The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 201,630 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated September 18, the NCDC reports 336 new cases with 5 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 16 states – Lagos-86, Benue-48, Rivers-46, Bauchi-41, Edo-25, FCT-19, Akwa Ibom-13, Ondo-12, Anambra-11, Ekiti-8, Kwara-7, Plateau-7, Bayelsa-4, Kaduna-4, Delta-2, Ogun-2 and Kaduna-1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Imo, Osun, Oyo and Sokoto States.
