[COVID-19] NCDC Confirms 365 Fresh Cases, 8 Fatalities
- Total cases confirmed – 199,151
- Total cases discharged – 186,418
- Total deaths recorded – 2,598
The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 199,151 COVID-19 cases.
In its latest case update dated September 12, the NCDC reports 365 new cases with 8 COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in the FCT and 7 states – Lagos-209, Ondo-88, FCT-31, Rivers-16, Ebonyi-11, Kaduna-6, Ekiti-3 and Plateau-1.
According to the NCDC, 0 cases were in reported in Benue, Kano, Nasarawa, Osun and Sokoto States.
EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 186,418 cases have been discharged while the death toll has risen to 2,598.
