COVID-19: NCDC Confirms 71 New Cases

  • Total cases confirmed – 167,803
  • Total cases discharged – 164,378
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,121

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirms that Nigeria now has a total of 167,803 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated July 3, the NCDC reports 71 new cases with no COVID-related deaths.

The new cases were reported in 4 states – Lagos-63, Oyo-4, Ogun-3 and Kano-1.

EKO HOT BLOG gathers that out of the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria, 164,378 cases have been discharged while the death toll stands at 2,121.

According to the NCDC, 0 cases were reported in Ekiti, FCT, Rivers, Kaduna, Nasarawa and Plateau.
